Advice Team

LTU’s Advice Team are all experienced Officials who have over 170 years of Lloyds TSB service between them. They understand the Bank and the problems members face on a daily basis.

Consultants

LTU has a dedicated team of Individual Advice and Representation Consultants who represent members involved in individual cases. They have all worked for the Bank before, some in Senior HR and Branch Management positions, and have a detailed knowledge of the Bank’s rules, regulations and working practices.

Case Studies

These give you an insight into some of the individual cases the Advice Team deal with on a daily basis. What these cases show is that our advice and assistance, especially in disciplinary cases, can be that much more effective if we are approached before the process begins. So contact us straightaway.

Resources

Our Advice Team get thousands of calls every month from members on issues ranging from performance appraisals, hours of work, moving branches and job security issues. We have produced a series of ‘What If’ fact sheets detailing our advice to members. These fact sheets are only available to members and you’ll need to register for the LTU website.
