Our Health Plan is designed to do just that. Whilst premiums are low, the level of cover is excellent and the response to claims is first class.

There is a range of options available for pensioner members. We know, however, that many of you may have medical cover in the Bank's managers' scheme. If that's the case, you are able to buy 'top-up' insurance to augment your primary cover. And anyone in the Plan, is entitled to £10,000 worth of free Personal Accident insurance (subject to the Personal Accident Plan rules).
How low is a low premium?
Premiums are dependent on a number of factors including your age, location and family profile, but we are confident that they are highly competitive. We can say that because LTU runs the scheme for pensioner members and not for profit.
