Transfer of Worldwide Services Work to The Isle of Man
Date: 3rd Dec 2003
The Bank has today announced that it is transferring ‘Worldwide Operations Work’ from the Swansea Service Centre to the Offshore Banking CSC in the Isle of Man.

The work is due to be transferred by the end of March next year and overall 35 staff will be affected.

The Bank has told LTU that it is very confident that alternative posts within the Centre will be found for all affected staff. However, for many staff this is still likely to be a difficult period due to the uncertainty involved, and there will no doubt be individual issues over the suitability of alternative jobs and perhaps different working patterns.

LTU has had an official on site today to provide first hand individual professional advice and guidance.
