Commerical Banking Selection Outcomes: Members Advice

The Bank has begun communicating to staff the outcomes of its Selection Process for the integration of LTSB and HBOS operations across Commercial Banking.
Overall, from all of Commercial’s separate reorganisations - including smaller reorganisations
not detailed here - 72% of staff (2172 out of 3013)were found roles in the new structure.
Of the remaining staff, 411 are being considered for Voluntary Severance and 224 are being referred to CREST since they are now at risk of compulsory redundancy.
