Mortgage Arrangers' Review

Senior Management has announced a Mortgage Review that will lead to the integration of C&G and Lloyds TSB Mortgage Arrangers within a single management structure.
The key features of the new mortgage sales structure are as follows:
- A dedicated sales management structure will be established to provide a stronger focus on the sale of mortgages.
- Lloyds TSB and C&G Mortgage Arrangers will be managed alongside each other.
- Mortgage Arrangers will be renamed as ‘Mortgage Specialists’.
- The role of Mortgage Interviewer within Lloyds TSB branches will be progressively phased out.
- New Bonus and Incentive arrangements for the new ‘Mortgage Specialist’ role are being developed in negotiations between the Bank and LTU and will be implemented from 1st January 2006.
- Further changes are planned involving substantially extending Lloyds TSB's presence in the non-standard mortgage market, improving customer retention and restructuring the IFA salesforce to deliver more effective participation in the IFA marketplace.
