Balanced Scorecard Reviews - LTU Advice

In November LTU reported that the Bank was to bring forward the timescales for completing end of year reviews. The Union has now issued advice to members to ensure that this has been complied with and to explain in what circumstances members should contact it for further advice such as: where ratings are lower than expected following interim reviews; or if insufficient or incorrect justification for a rating has been provided; or staff have been marked down for just one aspect of their Scorecard.
