In September, when the Bank announced that they were inviting heritage Lloyds TSB employees to accept their new contracts of employment individually, because they had reached agreement with Unite but not LTU, Angie Risley, Group HR Director, said that “Although you will entitled to a pay review, which will be carried out following appropriate consultation with the relevant unions, it is unlikely that you will receive a pay increase”.
