Managerial Training Videos

This year LTU will represent members in over 2,500 individual cases ranging from complex job security appeals to simple welfare meetings. LTU's knowledge of the disciplinary, grievance and performance improvement processes is unparalled and that knowledge and experience enable us to identify the key factors which enable Line Managers to use the Bank's employment policies effectively.
Using our experience and knowledge we have put together a series of training videos. The videos have been designed specifically so that Managers can determine for themselves which modules to watch and when to watch them. We will update those courses on a regular basis and when new policies are introduced. In addition to watching the videos Managerial members can also download an audio and visual podcast of the module.
