Welcome to the LTU Manager's Homepage
Working in the Bank today demands that Managers are able to adapt to change. We know that you're under continuous pressure to find new ways to obtain better results, these web pages will provide you with details about some of the new services we're introducing to help you to respond to that change.
The web pages include the following areas:

Mentoring Services
LTU's new mentoring service for Managers is a unique interactive approach to development that no other trade union in the world provides for its members.

Training Videos
Using our experience and knowledge we have put together a series of training videos covering the Group's main employment policies. The videos have been designed specifically so that Managers can determine for themselves which modules to watch and when to watch them.

Newsletters and Latest News
LTU's regular Newsletters provide you with the information you need about what's going on in the Group. We also provide up-to-date news stories and articles on finance, banking, and the Lloyds Banking Group in general.

Managerial Membership Services
LTU provide a wide range of services for Managerial members. These include LTU's Health Plan, Portfolio Shopping voucher scheme, Motoring Breakdown service and much more.

Advice from our Team
LTU's Advice Team are all experienced Officials who have over 170 years of Lloyds TSB service between them. They understand the Bank and the pressures Managers face on a daily basis. Members can contact the Advice Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you don't want to call the Bedford Office then complete the mAdvice Form.
